We want purchasing decisions to feel straightforward. This policy sets timelines, evidence we may ask for, and how we issue refunds or credits. Consumer laws where you live may give you additional rights; where they conflict with this document, those laws prevail.
Keep your order confirmation emails and payment receipts—they speed up verification if something goes wrong with delivery or access.
Digital downloads and files
Worksheets, guides, and similar files are licensed for personal use as described at checkout. Because delivery is instant, purchases are generally final once the download link is sent or files become available in your account. If a technical error prevents access entirely—corrupted archive, missing attachment, or server outage on our side—email assist@slozarinex.world within fourteen days with your order reference and a short description. We will repair access or provide a replacement file at no charge.
Licence mistakes
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice in a short window, contact us with both transaction IDs; we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.
Workshops, calls, and live sessions
For paid sessions scheduled on a calendar, you may cancel at least forty-eight hours before the start time for a refund to the original payment method. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may receive a credit toward a future session when staffing allows, but not a cash refund unless required by law or at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date without penalty.
Subscriptions and bundles
When a subscription is offered, renewal occurs on the billing date shown in your confirmation unless you cancel beforehand through the mechanism we provide. Partial-period refunds are not issued except where mandated by consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction. Feature bundles that combine digital goods may be partially credited if only one component fails to deliver; we assess those cases individually.
Printed materials or merchandise
If we ship physical items, you may return unused products in original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Shipping charges are refundable only when the wrong item arrived, the product was defective, or we otherwise confirm responsibility. Use a trackable service when returning goods so we can match the package to your request.
Payment processing timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within five business days of approval. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post credits to your statement. If you do not see a credit after two billing cycles, contact us with your case number.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback so we can review transaction logs and resolve the issue directly. Friendly resolution is typically faster than card network investigations.
Regional consumer rights
Residents of certain provinces or countries may have cooling-off periods or mandatory guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits those protections. Where we voluntarily offer a longer return window than the law requires, we will honour the longer window for qualifying orders.
